Wouldn't Cleveland's pick
Be 20th unconditionally, seeing as they didn't make the playoffs?

...
From what the NFL is saying, their pick will depend on play off outcomes because of strength of schedule.
Bills pick 11
There is no tie for 11/12 between Buffalo and Denver. Conference tie-breakers come into effect after SOS, and since Denver beat Buffalo in the season opener, the Bills get draft preference. Therefore, Buffalo 11, Denver 12. :)

Raider Will Draft 3rd or 4th:
Hey Matt,
Saint here from silverandblackpride. The Raiders will flip with the Falcons at the combine. The winner will draft third.
IF Atlanta wins then the Raiders will pick fourth and the Chiefs will select 5th.
If the Raiders win the flip, the Falcons will flip against the Chiefs for the fourth pick.
The worst the Raiders can pick is fourth.
I am hoping they pick third so that they can either draft Jake Long OR Glen Dorsey or trade McFadden to the highest bidder and move down for any one of 5 players;
Chris Long, Sedrick Ellis, DeSean Ellis, Maualua or Lauranaitus.
Who else should we be looking at and how do you see as potential trade partners?

Raiders
I think the hope is that McFadden will fall to you guys. Ellis and C. Long would be great additions to a defensive line that is a wreck. However, if Malcolm Kelly (WR-OU) enters, you will have to take a long look at him.
