What do you think the chances are that

Jamaal Charles comes out this year?

As a Cowboys fan I think he would complement MB3 very well.

And what do you think of Chris Johnson?  I know he is extremely fast.  How does that translate to the football field for him?

Johnson

Chris is a player that has really been rising up our charts lately. His combination of speed and vision are dangerous and make him an appealing NFL prospect. One knock against him though is that he's accumulated a lot of yards against minor competition.

JC announced around the aTm game that he'd be coming back for his senior season, and then it was mentioned again this weekend in the Austin papers.

Matty Forte

Behind Mike Hart? Hart's got a more accomplished body of work but I think Forte, with his size, will hold up better in the league.

And no, I'm not biased at all.

Forte

Forte needs to have a good week in Mobile and then workout well to get above Hart. While Hart has been banged up and isn't blazing fast, you know what you're getting with him. He's a great blocker, a hard runner and a good receiver. He's a complete back that is ready to play now in the NFL. He may have maxed out his potential, but what he offers is solid and enough to get him a shot at being a starter in the league.

Albert Young

I was surprised, but happy to see him so high up. He was frustrating to watch at Iowa (kind of like Iowa's last two seasons). Some games he was a force and looked like a back who could carry the offense. Others (most) he looked slow, out of shape and worn down and/or injured. I'm always happy to see Iowa players make it into the pros and succeed. Hopefully Albert and Damian Sims will both do that.

Young

Sadly, he's on his way down the chart. Chris Johnson and others could pass him with solid off-seasons. Young is a good runner though, and I think people forget that the Iowa passing game basically stopped working the past two seasons with no real threats at WR or TE.

That'll happen when...

your starting TE who is tearing it up in the first few games goes down injured and your Top WR decides dredit card fraud is a good idea.

Jehuu Caulcrick
From what I've seen of Caulcrick, I'd love to see PIT take him in a later round. He could be a force in short yardage and goalline situations. What round do you see him going in Matt?

Intriuging

Caulcrick might be a fullback in PGH's offense, kind of like Davenport. He'd be a nice change of pace with Parker carrying so much of the load.

Jorvorskie Lane
Where do/would you have the J-Train ranked if he was to come out this year? And how do you think he'll do in the pros (Is it bad that he reminds me of TJ Duckett in college)?

J-Train

He has to stay healthy first and show that he can get in shape to play an entire game.

He would be a third round pick at best, there are going to be serious questions about his weight and durability.
