Question on TE and WR

I want to know the best blocking TEs in this draft, but every review I read talks about speed and hands, and all the stats are about receiving yards. Does anyone know a source or have info on a TE ranking based on their blocking ability?
My second question is about some of the big WRs in this draft. Hardy and Kelly just looked soft in the highlights I have seen. Kelly has amazing hands, but I haven't seen him go over the middle or break tackles. Am I wrong in my impression?

The best pure blocking tight end may be John Carlson. A lot of people forget how dominant he was with a good cast around him.
As for big, tough wide receivers.. there aren't many in this class. Adarius Bowman (OkST) is a big guy, but he can be soft at times as well.
