2008 NFL Draft: Worst of the 1st Round
Easily the worst. With a guy like DE Phillip Merling still on the board, the Titans take a a return specialist and a back-up RB. Ugh!
The Seahawks need to fix their d-line, no question. But Jackson has a questionable work ethic and no pass rushing skills. Unless they plan to play him at DT, this was a wasted pick.
I don't get this pick, and based on the reaction from Bucs fans sitting next to me, neither do they. The Bucs need a QB of the future, a WR, a TE, and some DT help. Odd pick, indeed.

You're so wrong about Jackson it's glaring.
82.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage – including 30.5 sacks – in 4 years starting in the Pac 10? Explain that.
