Harrell has a stronger arm than Brennan, and no matter what anyone says, the off-field problem with Brennan hurt his stock. Both are playing in wide-open systems that make them look more accurate than they really are. I would say that they are similar in terms of draft status, but no one is going to wrongly mention Harrell as a first-round player.

It’s interesting to note how hard scouting a QB is, especially early in the year. Matt Ryan was my #4 QB at this time last year (Henne, Woodson, Brohm). As we know, Ryan was the first QB taken and then Joe Flacco (who was ranked #7 at this time).
