My questions

- Is Troy P getting dinged for his inability to stay healthy and would he be a 10 if you knew he’d be healthy for the entire season?

- Is Roy Williams really an 8? I thought the Cowboys were basically using him as a two-down safety after he got burned repeatably in 2006.

- You didn’t rank Antrel Rolle as a corner or a safety, but he’ll be the Cardinals starting FS this season. Where would he rank?

Answers

1. Absolutely. I’d have him higher if it looked like he’d be playing all 16 games. I hope this is the year for him.
2. Probably not. In revising these for our regular season launch, I moved him down quite a bit.
3. Rolle is a solid 6 in my book. He has potential, talent and looks like a good player at safety. I projected him at S when he came out. As a 6, I’d rank him around 33-35.

Ed Reed will probably fall due to his nerve impingement. He may have to go on IR.

S Jim Leonard of the Ravens should be on the list, if only for completeness sake.

I'm surprised Mike Brown is even on the list let alone 15

He’d probably be top 5 if the guy could play 10 games in a season. Man that guy has had a lot of injuries. I would rank him 40 due to injuries. But, Bob Sanders finally had a healthy year last season. Any predictions on whether Sanders can do it 2 years in a row? Was it a fluke?

I'd say

14 games from Sanders. Any more than that and I’m shocked.
