Top of draft order remains the same

With each team losing yet again, the Cleveland Browns, St. Louis Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers – in that order – still control the top three picks in the 2010 NFL Draft.

There will be an updated draft order at some point early this week.

But the real question is this: Will any of these teams win another game this season? Here are their schedules:

Cleveland Browns

Dec. 6 - San Diego
Dec. 10 - Pittsburgh
Dec. 20 - at Kansas City
Dec. 27 - Oakland
Jan. 3 - Jacksonville

St. Louis Rams

Dec. 6 - at Chicago
Dec. 13 - at Tennessee
Dec. 20 - Houston
Dec. 27 - at Arizona
Jan. 3 - San Francisco

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Dec. 6 - at Carolina
Dec. 13 - New York Jets
Dec. 20 - at Seattle
Dec. 27 - at New Orleans
Jan. 3 - Atlanta

Now, it would be easy to say that the Browns would have the best chance of winning a game or two. However, the Browns are really, really terrible. St. Louis at least has Steven Jackson and the Buccaneers have a promising rookie quarterback in Josh Freeman.

So, what say you? Who will end up with the first pick in the draft? And don't forget Detroit, which has a marvelous 2-9 record.

I think its Cleveland one

Detroit #2.

The Browns have a tougher schedule and lost to Detroit.

THe other teams seem to have some winable games left, and Tampa can surprise cuz they really have something with Josh Freeman as their QB now (I can really see them grabbing Dez Bryant)

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Rams beat Chicago

I got to go with the Rams

Tampa could beat the Jets if Sanchez plays poorly. same with Carolina. And the Browns have two chances against Chiefs and Raiders.
What’s Detriots Schedule?

Looks like StL to me...

Cleveland might actually be favored at home against Oakland. The Bucs are good enough that they should steal one from either the Jets or Falcons. Maybe both. The Rams just get no love at all. Their only chance might be week 17 against the niners… and I wouldn’t count on it. Honestly, I’m not sure it matters much. I have a feeling that each of these teams would target a different player.

Rams – Jake Locker
Bucs – Ndamukong Suh
Browns – Jimmy Clausen or Eric Berry

I honestly don’t think QB is the Browns’ problem. Quinn might be ok-to-pretty good if he had anyone to help him out.

I am a Lions fan and I would be very surprised if Detroit wins any more games.

I am not sure how the tie breakers work, but last I heard Detroit opponents had the worst winning percentage. If the Browns win two games, slightly possible, and the Rams and Bucs win one, I think Detroit gets the first pick.

My prediction is that Detroit will sneak ahead of two of your three cellar dwellers and will choose second with a 2-14 record.

Order: Browns 2-14
             Lions 2-14
             Rams 2-14
             Bucs 2-14

Then I start praying that the Browns go QB so Detroit can get Suh.

you guys have a tough schedule for anyone.

I wouldn’t be surprised if you beat SF or Chicago tho…more likely Chicago. SF can actually play good football for a game…Chicago…Jay Cutler can lose a game by himself.
