Jevan Snead possibly thinking entering draft
This story seems like the reporter talked Snead into saying he might skip his senior year at Ole Miss. Of course, this would be a bad idea since Snead had a very up-and-down year for the Rebels.

Probably a good idea
He didn’t have the weapons he had last year at Ole Miss. They may re-tool next year, but even so there may be another glut of QB’s in next years draft that pushes him back to the end of the first round anyway.
With a good combine, he could be selected in the 20’s of the first round to a team not in need right now, but in the future (say..like the Vikings?)
I guess he’ll try and figure out where he stands in the draft at the very least.

Know what the expectations are for next years Ole Miss team, or what their players are looking like next year, so I can’t really say if it would be better for him to stay or leave. If he goes in the first this year I think it is at the tail end, but in my opinion he is more of a second round talent. It may be good for him to leave now and hold a clipboard for a few years, rather than get drafted higher than he should and have to start right away.

I getting tired of saying this: Dick LeBeau’s system is so complex very few rookies can make an impact.
