you did the one thing I don't like at Indy's pick

pass on Jerry. Getting over that it looks good.

Crabtree at #4 still?

Even after the foot injury. I’m not saying it wont happen. I’m just curious as to your thought process on that one. Not a big Sanchez fan eh?

ND fan here

but that has little to do with it. I see Sanchez being the QB that drops this year.

Good stuff

A few guys (Michael Johnson and Tyson Jackson) a little too high, but I liked where you had some of the other guys falling to.

Looking at your mock and others, I’m so interested in seeing where these offensive tackles are going to fall. After those top four, it’s wide open and a lot of those second-tier guys can be starters in the right scheme.

There are definitely some linchpins in this draft though, and Sanchez is one of them. Will he go to San Fran? If not, where does he land? I know Tampa has checked him out, but the Jets are in front of them.

A few guys (Michael Johnson and Tyson Jackson) a little too high,

I really think that the Bills would put Maybin and Rey Maualuga ahead of Johnson. I like many Bills fans would cringe at this pick.

In round 2 I would go with either Britt or Moore.

The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.

I don’t like the Colts picks at all.

This line will remain in my signature until the Colts draft Rashad Jennings in 2009.

He wants a RB

and doesn’t think Indy needs a NT early on if it’s not Ron Brace.

Close…

The Colts don’t need a WR, especially a first round WR. They need o-line help and a better backfield. I think they should draft a UT, but not in the first round, especially with so many good OTs just sitting around.

This line will remain in my signature until the Colts draft Rashad Jennings in 2009.

You think Johnson will get that high, most have him dropping out of the 1st round?

I see the Bills taking a pass rusher #1

But I think they would trade down. The Bills would benefit by switching places with a team in the late first round or early second to get Johnson. However, I wouldn’t predict a trade so I went with the reach.

Were the Bengals to sign OT George Foster, how would that change things in your mind? I’d say Raji. Also, watch for Cincy to send Chad Johnson to Philly for the number 28 pick- probably Duke Robinson, and either Unger or Eric Wood(C-Louisville) at 38. Kudos on Cushing over Maulauga and the mock in general.

Absolutely LOVE Denver's Mock.

If that’s the start of the draft for us, I’d be thrilled!

Giants would NOT draft a D-Lineman in the 1st round.

Right

Probably not after signing Bernard and Canty. Who then? Percy Harvin? WR and TE seem to be the biggest needs on the team. LBer as well.

Couldn't be happier if that's AZ's draft

Although part of me wants McCoy in the 1st with Unger in the 2nd. And I would trade up for Unger if need be.

When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome again.

I would be absolutely delighted with that for the Browns

WR is an absolute must now, along with LB. Safety is the other concern, but those first 3 picks would make me very, very happy.

by FTownBrown on Mar 20, 2009 8:38 AM EDT reply actions

Yea id be thrilled with that for the browns too, getting matthews and roby, but id rather have raji than curry, call me crazy, but im standing by my opinion

Not a chance

There’s no way the Bears select two defensive players when the offense is rediculously pathetic. WR, OT, and S are all much bigger needs than CB and DE.

I Agree With That

The Bears are in the same boat the Jaguars are in. In need of some receivers.

Victor Harris for the Seahawks?

IMO, it’s more likely that they target Patrick Chung or Max Unger

Not bad, but

While the Ravens would jump all over Maualaga at 26, there’s no way he’s still available. If not, we jump on Hakeem Nicks, who I think and have posted over at BaltimoreBeatdown.com that we should take. At the same time, no way Baltimore takes a WR from Florida, the second best one from there this year for that matter. They had a terrible time with previous Florida wideouts (see Travis Taylor).
