Would Kansas City really trade Glenn Dorsey?
That is what Pat Clifton of Scout.com speculates at the end of some post-mortem thoughts on the Tony Gonzalez trade.
The Falcons and Chiefs may not be done dealing. Per a league source, Pioli and fellow Atlanta GM Thomas Dimitroff (a former Patriots executive), may be looking to help each other out. Based on rumblings we're hearing from WFSM in Atlanta, the Chiefs and Falcons may still be working on a deal that could send defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey to Atlanta for the 24th overall and 90th overall selections.
This seems a little to buried in the story to be anything more than a blind rumor. After all, the Chiefs would take a really big cap hit.
While it's true that Dorsey might not be the best fit for a switch to the 3-4, that's probably not a good enough deal for last year's third pick in the draft.

Not the 3rd pick
Dorsey was #5. Matt Ryan was #3.
Small point, but I had to mention it.
