Draft links: Clausen possibly leaving early, SI on risers/fallers and some Rumblings
- One of the most-trusted names in NFL Draft information is Nolan Nawrocki of Pro Football Weekly. Check out this tidbit from his recent college notes:
Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen, who is expected to depart early following the season, has taken some strides since he entered the program as an overhyped, underpowered passer and his arm talent looked improved against Nevada.
This is the first I've heard of Clausen possibly leaving after his junior season. His backup, Dayne Crist, is said to be extremely talented.
- Among the risers in the draft world, according to Tony Pauline of SI.com, is Syracuse wide receiver Mike Williams. After sitting out last season due to academics, Pauline says NFL scouts have wanted to see Williams for some time. With seven receptions and 94 yards, Williams did not disappoint.
- The Buffalo Rumblings crew checks in with their three up and three down from last weekend.
- Scott Wright of Draft Countdown does a Q&A.

He isnt expected to leave early. He will probably stay because he could be the no.1 guy in 2010(possibly) and he wants a shot at a NC
" Of course Steroids should be allowed! I wanna see 700 foot home runs and 90 yard field goals! I litterally want to see someone's d**k get shoved in the dirt!"

No way he'd get drafted before McCoy or Bradford.

Sure about that?
I hope he does tho. I am in no way a Notre Dame or even Clausen fan, but he’s going to be a better NFL QB than those guys.
I don’t think he leaves early unless Weiss gets fired (which probably will happen if no big Bowl is reached).
Clausen even last year wasn’t the problem with that team. Its the defense.
What the f$%k is the internet?
