Sunday Morning Bloody Mary: Draft links to click
Pioneer Press - Vikings' best draft strategy is to keep losing
If Minnesota wants one of the top quarterbacks in the 2011 draft, it has to continue losing games. With Joe Webb starting today, expect that to happen.
Clarion Ledger - Saulsberry files draft paperwork
Mississippi State junior offensive lineman Quentin Saulsberry has filed paperwork with the NFL Draft Advisory Committee. It's unlikely he goes pro. The real newsworthy item here is that Saulsberry is the only Bulldogs junior to submit paperwork.
Oregon running back LaMichael James is seriously considering entering the draft. Reporter George Schroeder says James probably wouldn't be a first- or second-round pick due to his size and running style. Jahvid Best says hello.
ESPN - Luck's potential impact
This might be Insider content, I can't tell. Todd McShay breaks down what Andrew Luck could contribue to an NFL team. He also touches on Jake Locker, Cam Newton and Ryan Mallett.
AP on WaPo - Cobb still wading NFL options
Kentucky do-everything athlete Randall Cobb still hasn't decided whether or not he's entering the draft.
SB Nation - Draft prospect Jerrel Jernigan in New Orleans Bowl
This is old. This doesn't matter. This is SB Nation whoring out for draft clicks with pointless and poorly written content. This annoys me. Who are we, Bleacher Report? Will anyone notice me bitching? Will anyone care? Probably not! Have a nice Sunday everyone.

Has Randall Cobb ever taken snaps from RB? I am asking because I think the Eagles could take him because they have this one player Chad Hall who they lineup everywhere and Cobb would be a HUGE upgrade over him

Not insider content, just tossin that out

HAHA totally agree with you on that last link.
I hear you bitching Dan. Personally, I’m getting tired of those who run the SB nation. All these ads and crap is really ruining it for me. Especially stuff like all the tailgate stuff and what not. NO ONE CARES!!!!
I come here to talk football that is relevant. The tailgate crap and that last link dont qualify as either
I don't mind the bloggers getting something for their efforts...
…but some of the SB Nation writers are opinionated, sub-standard amateurs. I don’t read the main site any more and have abandoned a lot of blogs for non-SB Nation sites. No point in picking a crappy blog because it’s on SB Nation over a good one elsewhere.
That said, as long as sites like MTD are on SB Nation, I’ll still be a member. Keep up the good work, Dan!
Joe "We Don't Have a Plan" Ellis, Denver Broncos COO, 2008-2010: 19-27 record; 3 head coaches; no true GM; cancels Champ Bailey's contract extension when negotiations are 80% complete; admits that Josh McDaniels will end up being a successful head coach in the NFL, admits that he is in the top of the league in game-planning, and admits that the organisation needed to do more to help him, but fires him anyway. It all starts up top.

I think Best was more explosive than James, but James is more consistent. Best was very succesful in the NFL until he got turf toe. When he recovers next year, he’ll be dangerous.

Who is the Missouri QB that was listed in the ESPN article
He was actually ranked at the #2 QB in Scout’s Inc top 32, ahead of Mallet, Locker and Newton. Agree?

Blaine Gabbert. Don’t agree. Here’s mine:
1. Andrew Luck | 6’4, 240 pounds | QB | Stanford **
2. Cam Newton | 6’6, 246 pounds | QB | Auburn *
3. Ryan Mallett | 6’7, 238 pounds | QB | Arkansas *
4. Jake Locker | 6’3, 226 pounds | QB | Washington
5. Nick Foles | 6’5, 240 pounds | QB | Arizona *
6. Blaine Gabbert | 6’5, 240 pounds | QB | Missouri *
7. Pat Devlin | 6’4, 220 pounds | QB | Delaware
8. Christian Ponder | 6’2, 219 pounds | QB | Florida State
Mocking the Draft: Talking NFL Draft all year.
have you seen him ranked that high before
I’ve barely even heard of the kid, think he’ll enter the draft? With Foles supposedly staying in, where does Gabbert go if he comes out?
by Steamin' Beamin' on Dec 20, 2010 10:32 AM EST up reply actions
I don't think he comes out
He has potential, late first round possible. I would have him above Locker personally, but I’ve never liked Locker.
Gabbert has a strong arm, can put touch on the pass, decent accuracy, good mobility.. just struggles at times reading defenses and putting the ball on the spot has been spotty this year.

With that being said..
IF for some reason Luck does not come out, Gabbert might want to really consider it haha
