Colts Homer's 7 Round Mock
Mock drafts are what make the world go 'round. It's a fact. This is my first 7 round mock draft. It took a hell of a long time, but I'm finally done, and I've got to say that it turned out pretty well. I love the Colts draft even if one pick is very unlikely. The Giants and Packers are my definite winners of this draft. I feel like no one besides the Raiders had a bad draft. Jacksonville's was kind of weak which made me happy though. Enjoy.

first 4 picks for phins
are a no-go more like:
1) D. Morgan DE/OLB
2) C. Thomas
3) Norwood
4) Robert Johnson FS
3 new 2010 starting LBers via 2010 draft
Confidence breeds success, self-doubt breeds failure
Would Derrick Morgan play DE or OLB?
I don’t see him as a great fit at either spot.
PS: Haha we beat you at Staples without our best player! Lakers suck!
Get well Greg! Rip City is still behind you!
Morgan doesn't fit at all in the 3-4

Daniel Jeremiah,
a former scout who now runs Move the Sticks, has said several times that he’s talked to reps from several 3-4 teams that think Morgan could be a 3-4 OLB.
I think he could be a 3-4 OLB
Just a terrible one.

I give you credit for trying a seven round mock
and you did manage to hit the major needs for Dallas, but I dislike the individual players you selected.
I would go with something more like:
1) Maurkice Pouncey
2) Chad Jones
3) Donald Butler
4) Kevin Thomas
6) Chris Marinelli
7) Kyle Williams
If I had a nickel for every Super Bowl the Eagles have won, I would have zero nickels.
7 rounds..wow. Nice.
I dunno that the Giants win here…there’s some questionable stuff. Morgan and Price are good values, Chaney too.
But why another DL, even if its the 6th? Doesn’t make any sense to me.
McFadden’s a reach in the 4th..I’d rather take Warren at that point since he’d be robbery at that point.
No RB? No OL? Toby Gerhart?

LeGarrette Blount?
Jon Estes?

and I don't really go for Price for the reason he's "plummeting" right now
Gimme Lamarr Houston over him anyday.

I felt like D-line was a pretty major need for the Giants.
I am a big fan of McFadden, so he’s one of the reasons why I thought the Giants were possible winners.
I guess I didn’t feel like those were as big of needs and like I said I like McFadden more than Gerhart.

its really not as big a need as made out....
Osi, Kiwi and Tuck are still there..just hurt.
Canty, Cofield and Jay Alford are all there…just hurt.
So at best, a rook’s gonna be 4th on his respective list…I dunno why exactly they’d go for 2, let alone THREE?
ANd I like McFadden too…but Gerhart could possibly allow them to cut Jacobs if he pusses out again next year.

Give us Zoltan Mesko
Then we will be the winners
pretty nice draft for panthers
i think we’d take lamarr houston before geno atkins though
chiefs
You had me until the 5th…
Berry,hughes, walton…that’d be fantastic, though
* KC now has the best coaching staff in the league
* 9-7 is a real possibility in 2010 IF the Chiefs get 4 new starters
* KC will NOT draft a LT in the first round, and the draft WILL be heavy on defense

texans
dislike ur 1st, 4th, and 6th…but bcz of that with the players available in each round i would change the whole draft like this:
1 – Wilson (CB)
2- Burnett (S)
3 – Asomuah (G)
4 – A. Jones (DT)
5 – R. Johnson (S)
6 – OLB
6 – M. Williams (WR) (I rlly dont think we need one but he has REALLY good potential and could be the steal of the draft
7 – L. Blount (RB)

Lions
I like it for the most part. I don’t care for a punter pick lol.
Life is a waste of time and time is a waste of life... so lets get wasted all the time and have the time of our lives!
Cardinals
Pretty good overall. Hit most of the prominant points with the first 5 picks. If going O line in the first I actually prefer Pouncey. Didn’t address NT which is still a question for the team. With Terrance Cody still on the board they may opt for him over an OT.
Rounds 2-4 would be nice if it goes that way.
Round 6 I think they are set at FB but understand the thinking here as they move toward more of a run based game.
Round 7 They could use improvement at center. I’d rather grab Pouncey than get one here.
I will say
I like Pouncey so much that I was very willing to give out some other players like Davis to the Cards and McCourty to the Vikes so that he could fall to the Colts.

Go Duke Go Butler, i was pissed when Duke won as well, anyways about the mock it’s a good one and bravo on doing 7 rounds, i get bored after 2

i think karim is more of a 4th rounder though, but once you get into the 4th-7th rounds, people really fall

Oh no
No he’s not. He’s big. He may have some great measurables. But if he was talented enough to be in the first 4 rounds we’d have heard of him before the combine.
Good for Denver
Hard to judge that 10th pick. The 2 front runners are McClain and Dan Williams, so either of them would be fine. Then you also have to figure a guy like Haden, a top 10 talent, is a possibility. And dont forget the possibility of trading down, and then swooping up Pouncey or Iupati
Like the late round picks too… except I see us addresing our C/OG need MUCH MUCH earlier
Cards
Like the first three rounds
After that I wouldn’t go FB unless he was BPA by a bit. Also we have depth in our interior line, especially at C so I would have grabbed BPA.
Good draft
They are who we thought they were!
