CBS Sports - Could option make Denver the Georgia Tech of the NFL?
Quite frankly, I am among those who do not believe the option (or spread option, in this case) is going to be consistently effective against NFL teams. However, I do believe that whatever time and effort a team can force an opponent to specifically game-plan against them is energy well spent.

How can Barkley's stock be going up? Hasn't he been in everyone's top 5 for the 2012 draft for 3 yrs now?
When he won the starting job at USC as a true freshman, I thought for sure he would be top 5, and come out after his junior year. Who would have thought then that Barkley will be only the second QB taken from a PAC 10 school, and maybe the second player from USC taken (if a team like the Vikings, or Rams pick Oline)
