Video: Joe Adams' 'Holy Houdini' punt return
Everyone expected Arkansas to take it to Tennessee on Saturday (and the Razorbacks did, 49-7). But when Arkansas does so partly due to punt returns like this one from wide receiver Joe Adams, it's just not fair:
The game may as well have ended with this punt return because the Volunteers put up almost no fight afterward.
As a pro prospect, Adams can get lost in the Arkansas receiving quartet of him, Jarius Wright, Cobi Hamilton and Greg Childs. That's probably due to the senior's small stature – a listed 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds.
But if he continues to play on special teams like this, NFL teams are going to take notice if they haven't. On the season Adams is averaging a staggering 17.9 yards per punt return and has three return touchdowns. He's second on the team with 43 receptions for 568 yards and two more scores. Arkansas even likes to use him on trick plays. Adams also has 138 rushing yards on the season.

I dunno why Adams is so far behind all his teammates as far as the pros
he’s got desean jackson type speed and he’s really not incredibly tiny at least by his listed size (I bet he’s closer to 5’9 180 tho).
I really can’t see how he’d be any worse of a prospect then someone like Jacoby Ford or even Jerel Jernigan. Ford’s turned out very well I’d say and Jernigan was well regarded even if he’s gonna redshirt this year.
That play has go to be in the top 5 for the year tho, I’d even say #1. I actually just turned that game on and saw that, then had to replay the TiVo at least 5 times to try and figure out what I just saw.
Last night, a comedian died in New York. Somebody knows why. Somebody knows
While that was impressive, is he really going to be able to dodge NFL-level gunners?
Don’t get me wrong, I liked what I saw (and it was light years better than anything the Colts have got
), but at the same time, there were several times there he simply should’ve been downed. You’d think that NFL caliber special teams players would be a lot better at tackling and wouldn’t be danced around as bad.

Then they came for the nerds, and I did not speak out because D&D IS A RESPECTABLE GAME WITH A LARGE PLAYERBASE OK MOM???
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out because let's be real they always come for the Jews.
Then they came for me, and I did not speak out because they actually came for me back when they came for the nerds."

Wow
he should get drafted on that alone. I’m just kidding, but if he does that consistently then his arrow is pointing up

That was awesome
Not sure he will be drafted but in Decemeber when ESPN does their top 10 plays of the year, that better be one of them (close to the top)
