Updated 2012 NFL Draft outside linebacker rankings
The biggest mover of any position on these updates may be Nebraska outside linebacker Lavonte David. He's been extremely impressive this season – especially lately. At this point, he's probably worked himself into the second round due to his athleticism and instincts.
The top three remains the same, though Zach Brown of North Carolina and Travis Lewis of Oklahoma haven't played quite as well as expected. Check out the rankings after the jump and let me know what you think.

OLB
IMO Travis Lewis is 6 on this list. I think Zach Brown has had a great season: 71 TKL’s, 6 Sacks, 1 FF, 2 INT’s, 4 PD’s. Brown had 2 sacks against Clemson. I would place Danny Levathan ahead of Travis Lewis. Levathan:135TKL’s, 3 PD’s, 3 Sacks, 4 INT’s. He accumulated these stats with a majority of games against SEC foes.
Lavonte David was the only good thing about that debacle on Saturday. It was a disgrace, yet he laid it all out on the field as his teammates let him down. 17 total tackles, .5 sacks (I would have given him the whole thing) and 2.5 TFL against MIchigan. He single-handedly stopped Robinson on 2 or 3 plays that would have been TDs if he didn’t make a play.
He’s been so good this season. Whoever drafts him is going to be very happy.

Lol, I was at the game and as a Michigan fan couldn't have asked for anything better
Your right though, David was all over the field in the first half. I could be wrong but it seemed like he was pretty quite in the second half though.

Pretty sure the entire team was quiet in the second half.
To be honest, I turned the TV off at one point. From the stats, he had just 3 or 4 tackles in the second half, including the final ST tackle of the game.

Brandon Lindsey has been thoroughly disappointing.
I’d put Sean Spence above him.
I support the Giants like bras support Kim Kardashian's boobs. It can be a struggle, we've had some jiggles, but we're still firm.

Lindsey gets one sack every game
But does nothing every other play.

Nigel Bradham and Keenan Robinson I think should be a lot higher
they seem scheme versatile and unlike someone like Upshaw, actual LBs instead of 3-4 OLBs. Lavonte David is a safety masquerading as a LB. Hopefully as soon as Perry Fewell is fired or hired as a head coach somewhere else, his team can take him and use him at the most useless of positions…rover.
Sean Porter is a weird one. He’s tiny but a great pass rusher. If Von Miller had the athleticism to transition to a 4-3, so can Porter.

Travis Lewis has kind of fallin from grace
Over the last few years. I mean, I never really expected him to live up to his freshman year because that was one for the ages. But its seems like he’s only gotten worse and worse each year. I don’t think he can keep riding the stock of his freshman year anymore and may drop even as far as the top of the third if you ask me.
And I do think that Trevathan should be higher. It just sucks because he is such a great player, but his size is gonna be his biggest kno

David has been a force on run defense the last few weeks
I have him as my #2 WILL right now. Lewis has dropped behind Carder and maybe Porter.
