Will Matt Barkley enter the NFL draft or will he return to USC for his senior season? That question began to make the rounds in a big way on Thursday after the quarterback submitted paperwork to the NFL draft advisory board, then stated in a televised interview with ESPN that he’s "still 50-50" on the biggest decision of his football life.
