Hey guys the community wide mock draft will be doing our first 5 round mock coming up on the 18th and 19th (if we can't finish for some reason we will use the 20th). This is the same draft we did last year and it will be the same format. We will be doing it over the course of a weekend and there will be NO TRADES. I will begin collecting representatives for teams and backup reps. If on the day of the draft the main and backup rep are not present all reps are required to present a 10 person Big Board per round.This time around you will have to have at least 2 rounds worth of BPA's turned in to sign up. By draft day I think you can have a basic 5 round BPA done.

1. I will announce which team is on the clock with the following comment: THE DALLAS COWBOYS ARE
NOW ON THE CLOCK!! ...After this message, you will have 5 minutes to make your selection.
2. Your selection MUST appear as this in the subject line: WITH THE 33RD PICK IN THE DRAFT, THE
(TEAM) SELECT (PLAYER NAME) , (POSITION) ,(SCHOOL). Please use all caps so your pick will stand
out.
3. For the first 2 round we want you to provide your reasoning for your pick and this will be emailed to
(Colts.faithful@yahoo(dot)com)
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SUBJECT LINE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN PICKS. Not using the subject
line will help, in following the conversation on each pick. And most importantly, when we put together the
front page article ,it will be Easy for us to find if we are behind.
4. The draft thread will still be updated after each selection or as fast as possible by one of the coordinators
(JP23). You must have your 5 round BPA list in by the end of the day January 17th to (shake n bake).
We will be starting the draft at 7pm EST Friday the 18th.
Please Rec. and if you have any questions ask. Oh and if you can put BPA's in an excel sheet and email them it will make our job easier when we go to combine and put all lists in one doc.

I’m young, high school, and I have a lot of homework. I won’t have the time to get together a BPA list.
BPA list don't take forever.
Promises don’t work as people don’t keep them. Im not relying on anyones word as you don’t know what will come up and a lot of people are sure 2 weeks ahead of time they will be somewhere and don’t show.

So I'm doing the big board now
do I really need 10 for the 2nd pick? I feel like thats way too much, and just put my top 2.
And also Broncos have 2 2nds, so do I need a top 10 for each or can I just do one for both?
There are many ways you can do it.
By the time the draft comes you need enough for all 5 rounds picks but figured you guys would like to do later rounds closer to draft.
Now 2 wont work though that is way to small a number I think. If it were me id just have my list of players I like that id want to draft and split it up into rounds and have if one of the first round options is still there for example when you get to your second round pick say to select the one from the 1st round group.

we have to see a new CBA, and also there may be a couple trades before the draft (i.e.: Orton, Palmer, Ochocinco, etc.)

Im thinking 2 on friday (depending on speed we get though it we can do 3).

Feb. 18 draft-
Boards have to be in by the 17th (all 5)-
7pm start-
All 5 rounds in one night?-
BPA boards just have to be guys we most want, like ten, but who are realistic for us to get? Or anybody? Like whats the point in putting Bowers or Darreus in my boards?
you should read the post its all there but...
we are doing it on the 18th and 19th. Also Your BPA list is Your teams not an overall one. So yes do who is realistic for you guys to get and that you would want drafted with that pick if available.

It seems there are only 3 Packer fans that frequent this site.
Myself, Yankees10, and BlackPack-Fan. BPF might be interested, but he isn’t here too often. If no one shows up, feel free to give GB to someone else who thinks they are qualified. I’d be willing to help them out, as far as sharing needs and the opinions of a Packer fan. I just don’t know enough about the players to do a mock, let alone a 5 Rounder.
