NCAA 2012 Video Game Update

The past two weeks I have focused on the massive changes to the Madden franchise but now its time to move to college football. Last year I felt that the NCAA series took a major step forward and was far better than Madden. The changes included a more fluid game play and just an overall better feel. I really liked the online dynasty mode which let you play against human opponents.

It appears as though the EA people have decided to continue the masses upgrades. The dynasty mode is getting a really cool addition which allows you to work your way through the coaching ranks. You can start your career as a defensive/offensive coordinator and work your way to a head coaching job offer. This is an awesome addition as College Football has seen a spike in coaching change media coverage.

Another College Football trend as been the realignment of conferences. NCAA now lets you shape a conference anyway you like and also give it a unique name. Here is the link to all the changes so enjoy!

That games weird

Too many mobile QB’s for me. I dont like that everybody runs around like Vick is their QB. Also ive yet to see anyone good at defense in that game.

Im as REAL as it gets. Even when it comes to my own team!

I enjoy NCAA more than madden

However thats because Dynasty mode is deeper than maddens Franchise mode. You also have way more defensive and offensive playbooks IM in NCAA then you do in Madden. And as for every QB running like Vick, when you play games like PSU against Alabama A and M your guys should all look like freaking studs.

The player I would like least at #9 would be my sister’s cat, Captain Creamsicle. She does have a great work ethic and agility, but I’m really concerned that at 9 lbs., she’s too small to play safety in the NFL. She also bites way too often on play action and is easily distracted by someone waving string in the crowd. Lastly, her wonderlic score was pretty awful, answering "meow meow meow" for most of the questions- Dr. Brackish Okun
