As the months roll on and the draft talk starts to dry up, our daily links will begin to feature general football-related links. If you have something good, toss it in the comments.

Every year the draft has several players that drop and are considered steals.  ESPN has complied a list of the top 10 "steals" that never panned out.  This is a really fun and interesting list that is extremely unique.  Matt Leinart tops the list and it is hard to argue that point.  Who are some other "steals" that never panned out?

Plaxico Burress has gained a lot of attention since his release from jail.  There is a daily watch surrounding the latest rumors about his potential landing spot.  Any team that has a wide receiver need has been mentioned, however, some more than others.  This article lays out why the Chicago Bears might not be too interested in Plaxico's services.
