Dove's 2012 NFL Draft Rankings: Defensive Tackle
The college football season is creeping closer and closer which means it is time to start ranking draft prospects. These rankings will be subject to change throughout the season. Each week the players will either help or hurt their draft stock impacting the position ranking. Don't forget that someone always emerges and becomes a surprise top prospect, like Nick Fairley.
The defensive tackle class full of players with high upside but have yet to show dominant play. Each player has shown flashes but need to improve their consistency. The top spot at this position is there for the taking as no one has a steady hold. Each player on this list and several others could easily end the season as the top ranked defensive tackle.
After the jump, check out my preseason defensive tackle rankings for the 2012 NFL Draft.
