The National Football Post's Matt Bowen breaks down several receiver routes from last night's Giants vs Bears game.  He does a great job of going in depth about each play and situation.

The running joke is that the Raiders will target anyone that has speed but every now and then it actually works out.  Jacoby Ford had a very impressive rookie season and has just made his return to Raiders practice after an offseason injury.

The Bills appear to be in real trouble based on the recent benching of starting left tackle Demetrius Bell.  Bell has been replaced by recently benched guard Adam Levitre.  It could be another long season in Buffalo.
