Rock out with your mock draft out: Draft Tek
As the summer has come to a close, a lot of mock drafts online – on draft site and message boards – have changed at the top some. Early in the summer, the Washington Redskins were the popular choice to have at the top of the draft.
Now it's the Cincinnati Bengals who are beginning to claim the top pick in many mocks. That's the case in the latest mock from Draft Tek. It will be a fascinating circumstance to watch what Cincinnati would do with the top pick. Give up on Andy Dalton after a season? That's what Draft Tek predicts.
That's not quite as surprising as the second overall pick. The site gives the Denver Broncos defensive tackle Jerel Worthy. The Michigan State product is a polarizing prospect, but clearly Draft Tek is a fan. Worthy has been inconsistent throughout his career but is a quick-footed tackle when he's on.
The site is also quite fond of Miami safety Ray Ray Armstrong, mocking him to the Miami Dolphins at pick 12. It's a great need fit, but quite high for Armstrong, a player who has minimal starting experience.
Much of the draft goes by the numbers. There aren't many other surprising picks, but check it out here.

If we're that bad
I’d get on the Barkley train unless Tebow didn’t get a chance at all
Raiders suck
Chargers are whiny douches
Chiefs are meh
As always, Crick to GB at 32 means an A+ from me.
Go Suns, Packers, Jays, and Huskers!
Green Bay Packers: Super Bowl XLV Champions!!!!
I also edit things at Ridiculous Upside. Check it out.
I'd rather go with Claiborne for the Chiefs than Richardson especially that early
Good to see Chiefs are still trying to get pegged with a LT though

I like Burfict
but this draft is pretty well stocked with LBs. I’d be pretty pissed if Michael Floyd was passed over.

The Goff injury has forced me to tone down my "no MLB" comments
We’ll see what the season brings. Ross is the biggest wild card. But I have to think the usual WR, CB, and DE are all in play early.

Jerel Worthy is a
3rd round pick in my eyes. I don’t see how he could be ranked so high. I think you’ll get more out of Logan Harrell before its all said and done. Worthy is unworthy.

why does anyone
promote that garbage site? They have some of the worst reasoning for their picks and this is just one of the many many drafts they have done this on.
Easily the worst pick of the mock…..Worthy going #2 overall when there a clearly better prospects with much higher value on the board.
Tip for the future MTD, unless Draft Tek is promoting you do NOT promote them, they are one of the biggest laughing stocks of the draftnik world. Have you ever seen some of the ways they pick players? It’s awful. Stop linking people to that site, it’s fucking trash!
Is that you Walter Cherepinsky?
How dare Draftek put out an possibly inaccurate mock 1 week into the CFB season!
This is an outrage.

It would be Richardson or Fuller to the Jags right there.
We already have 3 top flight LBs locked in. I could see Richardson as a BAP or I could see Fuller as a BAP/Top position need.

I love upshaw, but I thought people had him as an OLB in the NFL?
On Ed Reed:
"I’ve told him to his face many times, ‘You’re the greatest safety ever to play the game,’"
"We all learn from each other, but we all learn most from him."
- Troy Polamalu
He can play both, looks a little more comfortable on the edge though
A 270lb ILB behind Ngata and Cody? Shesh..

It shows you who is doing real scouting
He’s a 3-4 OLB. But the ILB listings keep spreading.
