2012 NFL Draft order: Top 20 set while playoffs will determine the rest

The top 20 picks in the 2012 NFL Draft are set — with the exception four picks that have to be decided by a coin flip at the NFL Scouting Combine. Picks 21-32 will be decided by playoff outcomes. Strength of schedule played a big role in this year's draft order. Each team between picks 13 and 19 had an 8-8 record.
