NFLDraftScout.com received an early list of underclassmen committed to the 2012 NFL Draft, and as of Sunday, a record-tying 56 eligible juniors and redshirt sophomores had entered the player pool. The number ties last year's total.

poor guy (Darron Thomas) here is a quote from him

Thomas told ESPN on Saturday that " I saw what Cam Newton did this year. He took his raw talent and made a spark. I can do those things, too."

at least he has already graduated. glad he got his degree before leaving college, because IMO he will never be an NFL QB and the best he can hope for is a Brad Smith role (former Missouri QB, current Buffalo WR)
