East-West Shrine Game 2012: QB B.J. Coleman shines on Day 1
Could Tennessee-Chattanooga quarterback B.J. Coleman be the 2012 NFL Draft equivalent to John Skelton?
A John Skelton-like quarterback prospect is one that has NFL size and arm, comes from a small school and garners positive praise in the offseason process. The 6-foot-3, 235-pound Coleman already had the first two down. According to reports from the East-West Shrine Game practices today, he's taking care of the third criteria.
Here are some notes on Coleman from today's East team practices from some draft analysts in attendance:
Fairly clear that BJ Coleman is on a higher level in terms arm talent than the other two. Not in pads, but other two have missed throws.

2 deep balls by Coleman, both on the money. Talking with receivers pre-play like they've been teammates for years #ShrineGame

#UTChat QB BJ Coleman is an impressive athlete, can spin it, made some "wow" throws, raw from under center , strugles w accuracy #nfldraft

BJ Coleman is the best QB here period. Compact motion, plus arm strength. Mechanics look clean early. Passes cut right through the wind.

Might be a target for the Bills
Nix has some ties with UT-Chatanooga, from way back IIRC.
flayed ones stealth mode
"Fleshling! Do not shoot! For I am one of you fleshy things. It is I. Your Uncle Stan. Can't you tell by the long strips of fleshy substances covered in bodily fluids? Trust me! I have fleeeeeeeeesh."
If he throws the ball 3 yards over the receiver's head.
Then he’ll be like Skelton.
Lotta slobber in those comments. We need to see more.
.
When the job is finished no one remembers how long it took, just how well it was performed.
