2009 NFL Draft: Wide Recievers
QB | RB | FB | WR | TE | OT | OG | OC | DT | DE | OLB | ILB | CB | FS | SS | All Rankings
| 1. Michael Crabtree | 6'3, 214 pounds | Texas Tech | ||
He has a solid frame and great hands. He routinely plucks the ball out of the air away from his body. The biggest drawback to Crabtree is the system he played in may not prepare him to read defenses. He also doesn’t have outstanding speed. |
| 2. Jeremy Maclin | 6'1, 200 pounds | Missouri | ||
Maclin is about as explosive of a player as there is in this year's draft. He's gotten much stronger since arriving at Missouri, which helped make him an elite prospect. |
| 3. Percy Harvin | 5'11, 195 pounds | Florida | ||
Harvin can do it all. He can line up wide, play running back and return kicks. With that kind of versatility, and elite speed, Harvin is a highlight reel player. |
| 4. Hakeem Hicks | 6'1, 210 pounds | North Carolina | ||
After Crabtree, Nicks has the best hands of any receiver in this year's class. He may not have great speed, but he can make any catch and has the strength to make it happen after the catch. |
